Hi Jaker,

Vix due for a bounce or to fall out?

stockcharts.com

If it was a stock - I wouldn't buy it with a ten foot pole - hoping for a new highs would be just hoping IMO.

Recent pop to 65 looks like a dead cat bounce to me.

The real top @90 came after a weaker Macd second top - classic wouldn't you say.

Dips that have had higher lows have shook out fewer new lows.

Money rates have fallen Libor etc.

Are we on a precipice to further decline and greater volatility.

Or will the billions allocated actually begin to flow and the huge gains/benefits of vastly cheaper energy begin to ease our collective minds.

One thing for sure - the money must flow or we get higher VIX.

It is always darkest before dawn.

All part of the bottoming process - fear at every move - grinding fear.
