I have a Silly Question for you BC or anyone. I noticed the other day that the SPX was Down Substantially .. and the SPY was Up Substantially .. at the same time. Was this Smart Money ?? .. or Plunge Protection in Action ?? The 2 were totally Bifurcated in the Same Time Frame and at Extreme Opposition to each other.
