R should be on the Older Double top that was broken to the upside years ago .. around 55 56 I think .. but that needs to be adjusted by the re-weighting of WTIC with more Sour in that Basket. They re-weighted it after it broke out of that 55 area. Lot's of Congestion around this area but for now it may have found Temporary support.
