Don't really follow but I'm guessing you want to short at some pt? Gap should get filled in this market, but will it go higher first? I think I'd favor shorting closer to 65 if seen. Seems like an even bet risk/reward wise ST on the surface so I'll play elsewhere.

I favor shorting the CRE sector on any bounces.

I wish I were better at shorting, but over the years I've learned I'm far better on the long side so these days I play short more selectively and sit in heavy cash often.
