Mephisto, I subscribe to the WSJ interactive edition too and saw that flag. I screened Dow Jones, Reuters, the Business Wires, etc. and found no news. I called MEMC late today. Sam Duggan didn't really get a chance to return my call. Hopefully, he'll do that tomorrow. BTW, I also checked First Call. It was updated today. There were no changes in MEMC's earnings estimates. Maybe Duggan will shed a little light on the sell-off. Big volume too. I'll let you know if I find anything. :-) Bob M.
