Bob, There was a cross-trade today. I talked to my broker after hours. An example of a cross-trade is that if I had 100,000 shares that I wanted to sell and if you wanted to buy 100,000 shares, my broker would arrange it.

Cross-trades are used for large amounts of stocks. Perhaps the buyer and seller save money on commissions when they do it this way. I do not know but I bet they do because the buyer and seller do not have to go into the open market to look for shares.

I was nervous though when I saw the large volume today.
