Mephisto/Robert, thanks for the info. I checked my news sources again and found nothing negative. As you say, Mephisto, just a couple of heavy hitters doing a private deal. I'll still call MEMC tomorrow and see what I can pry out of Sam Duggan about the quarter, status of the new Texas fab, etc.. BTW, Robert, I don't plan to sell my shares either. Bob M.
