To all: I saw a lot of good information posted on this thread. At the same time, I also saw significant amount of ignorance about MEMC. I was once singled out as a "short-seller" trying to spread rumors that would benefit me. At that time I was not short. But, before the earnings were out last quarter I did take a small short position in WFR and covered it immediately after the earnings for a small loss. Currently I have no position in MEMC but I am bearish on MEMC stock performance for the next few months for the same reasons I have discussed here and on Prodigy earlier. Having said that, I want to reiterate my earlier opinion on MEMC. The fundamentals have changed significantly since the beginning of the year. Sam Duggan's response to Bob is perhaps an indication of the impending bad news. It will not hurt to re-evaluate your positions. Good luck! >>Mohan
