Well, it's a picture.

Looking at people and presuming that the way they look makes them inferior to you because they look funny in your mind does not make them retarded.

I and perhaps some others think the picture is funny. However, that does not make the people in the picture mentally handicapped because they look unusual.

My parents came over from Ireland. Britain's Punch Magazine portrayed pictures of the Irish far more denigrating than this.

Yet Irish Americans are standout performers next to Italian Americans, Black Americans, and all comers whose photos were "unusual".

Next time you post an Irish Joke or any joke about a specific group you should remember your own observation about what is appropriate.
