Mephisto, You're probably right about the impact of a poor showing by the semiconductor stocks on MEMC, short term anyway. I also agree that after we work through the current quarter, things should improve. Sam Duggan's phone number is 314-279-5920. That private stock swap of 330,000 shares that occured a few days ago, well below the market, seemed to touch off a wave of selling in WFR. Looks like we'll be "consolidating at a lower level" for a while. Bob M.
