I am based in London and a long term investor in GORO which is listed on the OTCBB. The company has just announced they have applied for a listing on the AMEX. Can anyone tell me the answer to these questions.

How long does it usually take for this change to happen?
Does the company just move from OTCBB to AMEX and then the OTCBB list is lost and my shares are then just listed on the AMEX?
Are there any other consequence that might affect me as a shareholder?

You can view the company at goldresourcecorp.com They have a great presentation (14 minutes long) which explains the prospects of the company at - goldresourcecorp.com
