Mark - I noticed that the 1:20 reverse split is about to occur (10/28 EDGAR filing). This will bring the # of shares to about 2-3 mil and the share price to about $3.00 (where NASDAQ small cap listing, according to the Company, is more likely). How do you interpret this? Seems like the spin could go either way. I wonder if anyone knows, on an historical basis, how stocks perform following a reverse split.CW
