All, did you see the size of the breakup fees in this deal? biz.yahoo.com If WCOM shareholders or regulators kill the deal, WCOM pays MCIC $1.635 billion and BT $250 million. Seems to me Bernie is smart enough not to agree to almost $1.9 billion of breakup fees if there were any doubts about regulatory approval. Thoughts? Bob
