Yes. Download the program and install. techsmith.com It creates a small yellow circle that sits at the top of your monitor. If you want to capture a pic or a video, touch the circle and three smaller ones drop down. Pick the left one and "crosshairs" appear and you move it to make a box around what you want to capture. Then, it asks you what you want, a pic or a video and you select it and start capturing it. I think Cheeky has videos showing how it works, but I don't know where he has them.
