I think both points are significant. Ben said that the "sold" systems averaged 8 ports each, didn't he? So after the trial, these systems did not bare the immediate fruit of a significant sale. That's not to say they won't, but the trial systems are just that, trial systems, and the potential for a significant sale would come there first. He also answered a question concerning employee relations that as a business owner I was hoping someone would ask. If key employee defections were a problem, then the red flag would go up. While he did say they had lost some engineers, nobody left that he felt needed to be convinced to stay.
