Bill, there's another item regarding the financing I'd like your opinion on. As this is set up, if the stock is under the "premium to price at time of closing" at any conversion the principal(s) would likely play it more like a regular floating convertible. However, since there's that limit of "lesser of", if the stock is above the "premium to price at time of closing" they would have the same incentives any of us would have were we selling, that is to get the highest price they could for the shares. Make any sense? :-)
