>>After listening to the CC this morning the conclusion I come to is that folks here are far too obsessed with this stock. It remains a good speculation which should be monitored on a quarterly rather than daily basis.<<
Agree, and barring any near to medium term LARGE purchases there is little to change the stocks downward trajectory, although it may slow.
One thing in the conference call which I took umbrage with was the statement (don't know if it was BB. or Skalla) that 90% of remote users wanted telephony capabilities added to their modem. Anyone familiar with this market segment should be able to recognize this as absurd. The potential market is large but no where near 50% of the remote user universe. This universe can be broken down into two simple profiles; those for which the laptop is an organizer/aid (e-mail schedule keeper, keeper of sales presentations), and those who use the laptop to do work; word processors, creating sales presentations, programmers, network people. I submit that the second group of people is much larger than the first and also that this group of people could give a R**s A*s for telephony on their modems.

Makes me wonder if these guys still don't understand who their market is.
