Serafino I'm sorry but I'm still confused. This is not a BT sale, it simply states that Inacom is using this new service as a tool to train employees and chose the BT product as a first. Inacom is communicating internally on an old "Banyon" system and will be converting to an NT Platform in the near future. I was told that this new Platform would also include the BT system. Are you saying that Be There is the first product they are going to train people on with the use of a interactive video service and also planing to use Be There in the future. R. Allan Choiniere
