MadMax:

There you go again. Did you listen to the CC? I finally got the chance to do so late Friday. If you did listen to the call you know that some of the stuff you've posted is unmitigated hype and BS. To wit:

- Personally I like the 50 installers better, as that need would imply BT was selling like rain falling from the sky!!! Any comments on the above???

To recap. BT revenue for the last quarter less than $100K. "About" twelve systems sold at this point (since introduction, as of Thursday) to distributors and actual customers. Mostly 8-port systems so far. "About" 24 systems out on trial with potential customers. Looks like, at best RACE might be able to sell 24 more servers this Q. Let's say 3/4 of the trials don't get turned into sales in the next 45 days. Looks like 6 servers sold by EOQ would be a conservative guess. I'm a bear and a realist so I think it will be more like 3 or 4. The only thing falling from the sky is RACE's revenue and stock price.

- DR needed 8 Million for BT Ramp-Up!!!

Horse pucky.

Without large sales it ain't "ramp-up" money. It is "keeping the lights on" money. Look at it this way. When asked if any of their current customers or trials had the potential to order $1 mil of BT equipment Ben said "yes". OK. That would be a huge order for them. But if RACE isn't blowing smoke about the 50% gross margins (and I think they are based on some of the comments Ben made during the call about margins, we'll talk about that some other time) then it would cost them $500,000 to deliver a $1.0 million order. RACE probably had $1.5 million before the financing. The could deliver a $1.0 million order with the cash that they had on hand.

There are no large pending orders that will soon be turned into sales. If there were RACE would not have done the preferred deal. They could have gotten a bank loan or set up a working capital facitlity at a non-bank lender.

Oh, FYI, you might not be able to see it on your screen but it looks like there is something wrong with your exclamation point key. I'm sure you only press it once but it always comes up "!!!". Might want to have that checked out.
