No, all I had was that early piece but the essence is there. Since every business' usage would be different and installation/monthly rates are going to vary from city to city it would be up to the sales personnel and the potential customers to put actual numbers to each situation as it comes. Nobody said it would always be an easy sell but a few simple calculations should easily prove the point. Of course the resellers would be concentrating their initial sales calls on those type firms they have already identified to benefit the most from the product. The neighbor to the immediate North of me (yes, these people I mention from time to time really are my neighbors) is a route salesman for a major pharmaceutical firm. When I saw that Data General page advocating the use of BT in this type of situation I caught him while he was in town yesterday and directed him to the information at hand. While I did have to step through some of the finer points of operation with him, after he grasped what the product would allow him to do on the road he decided this would definitely be something that would increase his efficiency dealing with his route and thus his (and others') collected commissions per month. I don't think I need to elaborate on where I'll take it from here. VPN? Not the same thing at all.
