>>My argument? which one?<<

Well, I think I indicated that irrespective of the financing deal and the warrant conversion and when you cut thru all the suppositions and spurious arguments, my point was that a short position in the stock assumes there will be no sales.

>>What's your time-frame?<<
I believe that RACE will have significant sales before the January shareholders meeting. I'm not going to engage in numerical projections as the the total number of systems or dollar amounts, spurious IMHO. What is of importance to me is the ability of the resellers to demonstrate the market acceptance of BT, that will not happen in one quarter, but I fully expect to see sequential growth. I do not know what kind of business (besides investments) you're in, but I do know that "sales beget sales". My own business experience has been to see that that are sales are developing at a stable pace, sale building upon sale, when suddenly you hit a critical mass then you can begin to see growth exponentially. In fact many a start-up or smaller business have almost "suceeded themselves" out of the running. We went through a period of "adjustment" when we could not meet the demands of our existing clients because we were continuing to add faster than our ability to train personnel and add equipment. I spent many a moment assuaging the irritation of some of our clients (and yes some went elsewhere) while we were ramping up.

I certainly have not said that the resellers are a "guarantee" of future success, but I would re-iterate my question to you, "Do you know something that they don't?" You continually minimize the importance of their relationship. Selling these systems is not like some retailer putting aside a little bit of "shelf space" for an item and hope to see some sales. There is far too much in the area of marketing and technical expenseinvolved here for the resellers to take on DR. You simply would not be seeing their involvement if they thought the market was as minimal as you are trying to make.

You have made some valid points especially when it has been in reference to how the stock price would react to the various roadblocks along the way, but by refusing to recognize the legitmate argument that the market is there, you're quite frankly not using common sense....perhaps you've been mired a little too long in the arcane world or SEC filings.....;)
