Really Fred it needs to be explained????? It's called inflationary spending, there is less fiscal discipline under Democrat President rule, it winds its way to the stock market. You pay for those nice gains in your portfolio by an increased debt burden on your grand children, or in Obama's case; your great great great grandchildren.
