Dick, Are you sure you've been lied to? Can you give examples? I think when it comes to venture capital agreements, they can be slow to complete for many reasons. There are a lot of legal issues to be settled. I'm hoping that's all that it is. I don't think that a $30,000 investment can hold up the price of a stock with a large or even medium sized float.
