Neils: Now that you've brought it up, I too had heard a buy-out rumor of Data Race at $18/share. Couldn't confirm it, so I didn't mention it. As I understood it, the potential acquiring company believes that they could get a jump way down the R & D road by acquiring RACE, mainly for the technology but also for the manufacturing expertise. Apparently there is a recognition that this is about to explode, and with the stock price so low they could pick it up for a terrific price, at the perfect time just before the sales begins to emerge.
