He wants an "urban jobs program." You can read that as you wish. But don't use the guy as a way to bash Obama when he's trying to make Obama do things that you wouldn't want Obama to do. I'm all for an urban jobs program. Our highways are falling apart. Sounds like a good idea. Hell, here in Arkansas, the highway department has contracted out cutting the grass. I'm all for the CCC and WPA, a great idea that gave us many things we still enjoy today.
