Nice article. I noted your comments on SPY and thought about Don's comments on a Russel index investment on VLNC board. Do you have an opinion on going with a SnP ETF or Russell small cap ETF. I've always believed the small caps get better returns % wise. TIA for any comments and/or suggestions. RDK.
