You never replied to me, Dave: Message 28735150 Saying the Board of Directors is the remedy for executive over-compensation is a total JOKE. The Board of Directors is the source and cause of executive over-compensation! To the management and the Board, the title of shareholder might as well be "chump", unless that shareholder owns 51% of the corp.
