What I see, Bob, is that in the short term, SPX traced made a lower high and a lower low. So did $RUT and $NDX. The INDU managed today a new high. One simple theory that may explain everything is that the SPX made an ABC correction. But - who knows. Maybe the DOW is simply lagging the broader indices, and the trend is actually changing.... We'll just have to see. At any rate, I'll have to.... :)

The bigger picture is suspect. The ED on the weekly is realistic, and my sense is that it gets no respect.
