Biotech was a monster last year. NanoViricides, Inc. ( NNVC) was the best performing stock in my newsletter even though it was down significantly off September highs near the end of the year on profit taking. I had the net out to sell some at $7.25 and snagged some in the nets again $4.60 when I saw it bouncing around that green support line where it didn't trade like it wanted to fill the open gap at $3.60.

My best performing mutual fund last year was Fidelity Select Biotech. I buy that fund to compare how they do against the biotech stocks in my Explore portfolio. Happily, I crushed their returns last year but that comes with even more risk with only just a few stocks.
