Friday, January 31 is Chinese Year, Year of the Horse. Much of Asia closes down for a week much like we do between Christmas and our January 1st New Year. 2014 Chinese Lunar New Year Holiday Schedule Not everyone follows the above schedule. Digitimes in Taiwan sent me the following this AM: Dear Member, Note: During the Lunar New Year holidays (Jan 30 - Feb 4), DIGITIMES will not post any news updates or send out its daily newsletter.
