Exactly. What was an eyeopener to me was my last trip to Maui in March where I went to Hertz for a good rate on an SUV via priceline... the time spent getting my car was tiny compared to EVERY past trip... since they have video clerks to balance the load across all the airports they serve. They can put the clerks in low wage, low cost of living states and use them to handle peak demand all over the globe. The only thing I missed from the experience was flirting with a local if the clerk was female in past years...
