Did you see Ralph Acampora, the man who calls himself "The Godfather of Technical Analysis" on his Twitter feed and a regular guest on Louis Rukeyser's weekly "Wall Street Week" show, said to "Use any near-term rally(s) as an opportunity to lighten-up positions?"
