And just who do you think will pick the slack for the increased deficit to the US budget.?

You seem to forget that when Bush 43 demanded a corporate and personal tax decrease for wealthy the national debt exploded. Jobs did not increase. And by the time Bush left office were losing over 700,000 jobs a month.

Lower taxes did result in more employment.

But on the plus side.....executive compensation increased dramatically.....bankers (who were part of the problem) gave themselves raises , bonuses and supplemental golden parachutes in case the first ones did not fully deploy.

In my opinion...it takes a lot to run the infrastructure of this country.....and we all have to do our part. There is no need to give companies that are profitable a free ride on the backs of the working folks.
