Why are you ignoring my whole argument and throwing up smoke?
"Reduce Corp tax to near zero "
And just who do you think will pick the slack for the increased deficit to the US budget.?
Go back and read my post where I explain the velocity of money from increased economic activity, closing loopholes on personal income taxes and limiting deductions will more than pay for it.

Unlike you and the far left, I don't have "salary envy" and don't care if people get richer as long as they pay their fair share of taxes. Unlike the Supreme Court, I don't think corporations are people but that is something else...

Don't forget, with a zero or tiny tax, money spent lobbying politicians would come straight off the bottom line and shareholders could easily object... Heck, why not make it a mandatory line item in financial reporting?
You seem to forget that when Bush 43 demanded a corporate and personal tax decrease for wealthy the national debt exploded. Jobs did not increase. And by the time Bush left office were losing over 700,000 jobs a month.
Well geeze... he switched parties and started a war (something usually done by Democrats) then to prove how good a Democrat he was, Bush 2 created a new "drugs for seniors" program without increasing taxes to pay for it.

I blame the job losses on the "system" allowed under Clinton that let bankers get their greedy fingers on FDIC insured accounts to back their gambling. I also blame Jessie Jackson for picketing banks who wouldn't make loans to people who couldn't afford to repay them. Finally, I blame Barney Frank for shutting down the Bush/Paulson attempt to reign in Fannie and Freddie.... I blame Bush/Paulson for caving into public opinion and not pushing back.

I DO NOT blame the foxes (investment bankers) for eating the hens (FDIC accounts) as you should expect gamblers to do all they can legally to make money... it is the job of government to protect FDIC accounts and government failed.
