Not knowing ALL of the details of the deal I will not comment any further. I just find it hard to believe that these deals are done all the time and the states keep losing money on them. Granted, there is some back-scratching I'm sure . . . but I have to believe it is a win-win situation for both the companies that move and the states they move to. There is even talk that Lebron James might be coming back to Cleveland . . . no matter how much trash was talked when he left, there must be some wins in there for both sides if he were to return.
