HI Kirk, I wonder how much of the new start business declines are a demographic result of boomers reaching retirement age. All of our entire lives our generation has modified the economic shifts of the US economy. The fact that we are reaching retirement could well slow down business starts - heck we're looking for buyers of what we built !!! Bob
