I'm surprised at the negative attitude the Parliament is grilling the Pfizer CEO with.

Did they not pass a lower tax rate to attract out of company businesses to come to England.

Are they not happy that Pfizer would pay a premium to all of the Astra Zenica stockholders.

Politicians should watch what they pass as laws.

Interesting that if you have an English patent and you produce the product in England you have a patent box tax of 10%.

That's how AZ pays 21 % taxes and Pfe pays 27%.

Patent box tax looks like a great idea.

Now all of the politicians have to pander their constituencies - not a good decision making input process.

The laws are working however.
