Hi Kirk,

Yesterday there was a Columbia University professor who sits with Pimco's multi year think tank get together.

The main message was a switch from the new normal to the new neutral.

A meeting of multi growth rates that level combined global growth to neutral - a slowing of the emerging (China) and a moderate pick up of the developed countries (with the USA leading).

A return to industrial growth in the USA ,partially the result of our cheaper energy.

You and I have been discussing the impact of the shale revolutuin ihere in the USA.

I still say that it was that mostly unnoticed growth that kept Lashman from being correct on his recession call.

Semi equipments should do much better in this environment.

It appears there is a shortage of 20nm and below fabs with a good yield performance.

Bob
