Fintas,

If you ever visit Houston you will see one very large city busting with global shale tool production.

Weatherford,Mational Oil well Varco,FMC tecnology Hughes - they all are building new headquarters as is Xom an huge new headquarters.

My wifes drive has increased by 30 minutes over the last several years - the freeways are packed.

A real estate article on hoiuston relestate has it labeled as a sellers market. The Woodlands (which is close to where EXXON is building their new headquarters) has people bidding to buy a home - the avergae sale time is 28 days.

EXXON has yet to even move there but employees are buying in advance.

It is much bigger globally than many realize.

Bob
