Actually I have friends in Houston.. And I'm aware of the buildout that has been going on going way way back. In fact the LAST time I was in the area I walked into a bar and asked in my Boston dialect ok where are the red necks and watched my friends get ready to duck.

So here's the reality. IF there is an industrial boom it's happening in SA and AFRICA. I noticed your word GLOBAL in your post. Global is not local.

The USA is so far behind the curve it's scary.

Didn't have to be that way but it is.

So while there is growth where you point out the reality is in many areas things are stuck in the 60's.

So is there POTENTIAL. YUP.. But POTENTIAL is not reality just as shovel ready jobs were not.

On an aside I'm invested in INDUSTRIALS for the long term. I understand the GLOBAL side of things.
