I believe the global demand for drilling tools - both fracing and deep water is conscentrated in Houston as that is where the oil patch of tool manufacturing resides.

I agree that you do not see the boom everywhere in the USA.

That being said I have Chevrolet dealer friends with dealership in the Marcellus shale and his business has beeen booming for several years Ditto Diamondville Wyoming.

Both places where many new employees live in trailer camps and drive 4x5 welding rigs.

BOOMTOWNS !!! The biggest of which is Houston.
