Someone who hasn't interfered in my helping their daughter manage investments for ten years told us this weekend to buy Apple because we get 7x as many shares... you can go blue in the face trying to explain this is meaningless, especially when you have to translate to another language but I think it shows how many will think this week.

Anyone buying Apple now? I've done much better with my alternative recommendations these past two years:
For me, it looks like a "decent" value but I doubt it will really outgrow Finisar in the next 2 years as it is a Coach brand in a Walmart market....

As a "value stock" a year ago... we all should have bought (I added to FNSR as recommended in the article with the profits I took in my mutual fund that had a large Apple holding and probably did as well if not better...) but is Apple a value now?
