Bushes idea to experiment with Health Savings Accounts here in Wisconsin is still very popular amongst the working class.

They go with you from job to job and introduced the idea that consumers should be given costs of services being provided by doctors.Competition and quality ratings of Doctors made the Docs lobbyist against HSA's.

The non working class saw themselves on the outside looking in and did not like that either.

HSA's should be a wonderful solution to the excessive costs of today's health care problems.
