Monday morning ideas....... Intel is my best investment idea for today. The Beta for INTC is .87. CSCO has a beta of 1.25, and GE has a beta of 1.17 (as per yahoo finance). This makes INTC options relatively inexpensive. Intel closed at $31.14 and the Oct, 30 strike calls are at 1.74/1.80.... the time premium is only worth .75 at most. So if INTC closes above 31.80 by Oct. 2014 the options will be profitable. In my opinion not a bad bet in this market. If today is a down day for INTC I will be buying these options.
