Hi Kirk,

Looks to me like this washout may well be short lived.

Looking at intc,csco,t,vz all green or very resilient.

I'm thiking this is just a BS story from Portugal about a busted bank - surprise surprise.

Just shaking out the low fruit.

Market has worked up an overbought state that needed to be corrected and may well still go longer.

That being said - it looks like xle and xlk are getting the benefit of some money be rotated.
