Similarly, if a corporation with multi-million/multi-billion dollar revenue is too stupid to shelter most of its revenue from corporate taxes, then it is also too stupid to remain a major corporation.

Using that analogy, it's not difficult to understand why US corporations have an interest in relocating to a more "corporate tax friendly" country and taking our good jobs with them.
