You're OBVIOUSLY not listening. I said in exchange for cutting corp taxes to zero, eliminate the deductions and change the carried interest loophole. You also completely ignored that federal taxes were still owed in Kansas so, all else being equal, people chose Texas where they didn't have to pay personal income taxes either. Duh... seems obvious, which may be why you ignored it. IF you think cutting taxes has no impact, then why not raise them to 99% and have everyone working for the common good as proposed by Karl Marx?
