Break this neckline with volume and we get a very powerful buy signal for a move to 2,000 for the S&P500. The Russell shows it as well with more of a decline. I took profits when higher and bought back some already but I may accelerate some buyback of what is off more like a Russell stock if we break those lines.... (I've left it an exercise for the reader to draw the line and determine the buy level on this chart. ) . -Kirk out
