Market Update:

Interesting how the S&P is up double the DOW while the Russell is still down for the year.


The DOW 30 performance is suffering from a few highly weighted laggards:

Visa (V) makes up 8.29% of the index, and its YTD performance is -0.66%
Goldman Sachs (GS) makes up 6.56% of the index, and its YTD is -0.25%
Boeing (BA) makes up 4.86% of the index, and its YTD performance is -7.17%
United Technologies (UTX) makes up 4.16% of the index, and its YTD is -3.58%
