Yes Bruce, It seems as though the annual cleansing that the market takes in Nov. Dec. drives the Hi/Low Logic index to a higher value than would be there otherwise. It's not really a High Risk signal compared to when it reaches the same value at other times of the year or under other market conditions. When I first noticed this was in 1995. It seems to have now become a part of the way the market does business. Maybe we should ignore that value unless it's being confirmed by High Risk in the other components. From what they've been saying on TV, we can expect an IPO surge after the 1st of the year. That will raise the ZEAL factor. I have a feeling that the Speculation value will stay pretty low for a while with the ugly market conditions. I just wish the Valuation would get back in line.
